The importance of Intelligence or Intelligence agency be it for the purpose of internal or external is manifold- I realised it after reading this book.
The author traces the world of espionage from the era of cold war and , though, the various Intelligence agencies or individuals unknown to the common man, played a vital role in imposing a country’s World Order or competed for it.
The syndicate existing between terrorism, crime and spy should not be undermined as it has tremendous implication for the security of Nation.
Finally, the present day is not the same as past and so will be the future, the conventional method deployed earlier may be irrelavant now with the advent of technolgy, the challenges ahead for the intelligence agencies will be to adapt and equip itself for the looming information(hybrid) warfare.
