Personally , I enjoyed reading this book for its fearless and unbiased account of various institutions with utmost honesty and integrity which the author is known for.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR: VINOD RAI was an IAS of batch 1972 and eleventh Comptroller and Auditor general of India in 2008.
In 2016, he was appointed the first chairman of the newly created Banks Board Bureau. He is presently the chairman of the Supreme Court mandated Committee of Administrators (CoA) of the BCCI.
